Potjanee Darakamas

Potjanee Darakamas leads the hospitality practice and market expansion of Oxford Acuity, engaging with hospitality ownerships for optimising returns. Potjanee has close to 20 years of wide and deep hospitality industry experience, covering all hotel segments from luxury, convention, resort, independent to select service, internationally. Potjanee's areas of expertise are market expansion, asset management, revenue management, digital marketing, channel management, hotel operations and driving profitability, including turnaround and improvement of underperforming assets.

In the immediate past, Potjanee lead the Asset Management role at TCC Land/ Asset World Corporation for Marriott hotels, the largest portfolio under the company. During her tenure, she handled various project developments and pre-opening hotels, other than successfully driving the performance of operating hotels, including the largest hotel in Thailand.

Prior to TCC Land/ Asset World Corporation, Potjanee worked in several leadership roles, including regional roles, covering revenue management, sales and marketing, procurement and hotel operations in Thailand and Singapore under St. Regis, W Hotel and Luxury Collection brands.

In previous life, Potjanee has also worked in the digital space with OTAs, ownerships and web developing agencies, thereby witnessing the development of the sector from the inception.

Potjanee has a Bachelor's Degree in Travel Industry Management from Mahidol University International College, Thailand and a Master's Degree in Marketing from Thammasat University, Thailand.
